Position Overview:
Bizzett are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic this role you will serve as the vital first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional service and support through phone email and chat communications. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills a friendly demeanor and the ability to handle a high volume of inquiries efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. You will be responsible for addressing customer questions resolving issues and offering necessary information about our products and services

This position is fully on-site applicants must live in or near AtlantaGA. Immediate availability is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products services and company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues with empathy and efficiency.
• Document all customer interactions and transactions in the system accurately.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using computers and call center software.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated customer service experience preferred.
