CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

Job Summary:

As a Call Center Representative you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers. You will assist customers with inquiries provide information about products and services and resolve any issues or concerns they may have. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a friendly and professional demeanor and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Provide information about products and services to customers

- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure their needs have been met

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and efficient customer experience

- Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the company

- Continuously update knowledge of company products services and policies

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
