Location:Onsite Kohler WI Opportunity The Cafe Coordinator provides supervisor support to Greenhouse through a variety of administrative and operational tasks. Manage all special guest requests unique events and questions and ensure that all aspects are communicated to the appropriate leadership. Specific Responsibilities Perform all duties as Barista or Barista II. Assist management with daily administrative tasks to include but not limited to the curation of SOPs documentation of sales orders/requisitions organization of FOH operations. Recruit new staff assist with training new staff and assist in the retention of current staff. Collaborate with staff and management team to ensure proper cost controls shrinks and inventory levels. Manage and accurately account for inventory monthly. Understand the health benefits that fruits and vegetables provide. Coordinate with cafe staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Assist with food and beverage service per order. Ability to accurately curate a purchase order. Utilize all café SOPs (and update when applicable) including opening and closing checklists consistently. Create and execute special projects and assignments to include but not limited to R&D of monthly drinks specials and monthly smoothie specials. Communicate effectively with other department managers within resort. Complete all tasks as assigned by leadership.
Skills/Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Supervisory experience preferred. Availability to work various operational hours. This includes but is not limited to nights weekends and holidays. Ability to cross-train in multiple cafes to include back-of-house operations such as juicing to support the broader F&B team as needed to ensure a sustainable and efficient workflow. Minimum 3 years of experience in specialty coffee or luxury hospitality with demonstrated leadership or supervisory aptitude. Strong interpersonal skills time management and attention to detail. Proven ability to train others manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain poise in high pressure environments. Possession of or ability to obtain a ServSave Certification with the National Restaurant Association or equivalent. Mastery of espresso machinery milk science latte art nitro systems and POS operations. Previous experience with food preparation preferred.

The hourly range for this position is $16.60 - $24.90. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidates education and work location.
