DPP is seeking a Cable and Harness Technician for an opportunity with our client in the Aerospace and Defense Manufacturing industry.
Work Location: Onsite in Gilbert AZ
Duration: 12 months
Terms: W2 Contract
Work Authorization: US Citizen

Responsibilities:
- Manufacture cable / harness products.
- Reads and interprets Work Instructions schematics wire lists and drawings.
- Ensures quality of the hardware is maintained and company procedures are followed.
- Ensures work is done with completeness accuracy adherence to operation sheets ISO procedures schedules and assign tasks.
- Provides regular communication to shop leads and Work Center management on status and technical issues.
- High School Diploma or GED plus a minimum of 2 additional years of education and/or relevant experience in assembly electronics manufacturing production or logistics.
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in electrical assembly and wiring.
- Must be capable of successfully completing certification to IPC WHMA-A-620 (Cable and Wire Harness Assembly) and NASA-J-STD.
- Experience reading drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Exceptional mechanical/electrical aptitude.
- ESD (Electro-Static Discharge) and Crimping Experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Graduate of Technical Trade School.
- Current certification to IPC WHMA-A-620 NASA-J-STD; or other certifications in electronics assembly and workmanship.
- Experience with MES applications including workflow signoff and documentation.
