You deliver exceptional service and empower customers to get the most out of their Apple products. nnA Technical Specialist also makes sure customers are educated about repair options and Apple products and services.

Develop knowledge and stay up to date on Apple products services and Genius Bar repair processes to support efficient and high-quality customers having Apple product or software issues with care and empathy using all tools and resources provided by diagnose and resolve service concerns for select Apple hardware and with team leaders to identify recurring repair problems and other service concerns and make sure that feedback is provided to excellent service to Apple customers by seeking to understand their needs identifying ownership opportunities presenting product and service recommendations and educating customers on relevant ways to other tasks as needed including but not limited to supporting customer-facing activities on or off the sales to an inclusive environment by respecting each others differences and having the curiosity to Apples values of inclusion and diversity in daily posting is for existing vacancies and future opportunities at postings in Ontario qualified candidates can expect a hiring rate up to the midpoint of the pay range. On an exceptional basis candidates with significant experience and skills for the role may be paid up to the range maximum.

Vous pouvez:nPosséder une bonne connaissance technique des produits et services les étapes de dépannage pour trouver la cause fondamentale dun problème technique dans un environnement de service àla clientè preuve de bienveillance et dentregent dans la prise en charge des problèmes de la clientè vous renseigner sur les produits et services Apple ainsi que sur les produits de tiers et approfondir ces connaissances afin de bonifier lexpérience clientè àune cadence élevée et effectuer plusieurs tâches simultané en équipe en partageant les tâches et les responsabilités.nÊtre digne de confiance pour le traitement de renseignements sensibles ou confidentiels et respecter les valeurs fondamentales de la curiosité et de louverture concernant le fait dapprendre des autres et de sentraider.
