We seek a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse with specialities in Medical/Surgical ICU ER Psychiatric Labor & Delivery PACU Operating Room. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care case management and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age frailty and serious illness. Daily tasks include patient assessments medication administration treatment planning and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Critical to this role is strong communication and strong collaboration with patients providers and other members of our team. At least 2 years of experience and exceptional skill is required.

• Provide skilled nursing care including patient assessments and medication administration.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
• Manage case and provide hospice care to patients with serious illness or advancing age.
• Communicate effectively with patients families and interdisciplinary team members.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
• Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of two years experience in hospital home health or hospice care.
• Strong clinical assessment medication administration and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Drivers license car insurance and reliable automobile for field work.

• Experience in specialized nursing areas such as ICU ER Medical/Surgical Psychiatric Labor & Delivery PACU or Operating Room.
• Additional certifications relevant to specialty areas.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is critical.
• May require travel to patient homes or other care settings.

• Part-time position with a guaranteed 30 hours per week for a 13-week assignment.
• Shift times and days to be determined based on facility needs and patient care requirements.
