C# Software Developer (.NET) NYC

Location: NYC (Hybrid at least 3 days onsite/week). Candidate must be local to the Greater NYC area as the interview process includes an on-site interview.

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to design and support enterprise web applications working primarily (Framework and Core C#). Youll join a cross-functional agile team collaborating with on-shore and near-shore colleagues IT stakeholders and business users to push innovative modern solutions.

Role and responsibilities

• Design build and support enterprise web applications (Framework & Core)
• Develop REST services and APIs using MVC / Web API
• Write automated unit and integration tests to ensure code quality
• Propose and implement innovative technical solutions while following IT policies and best practices
• Collaborate with on-shore/near-shore teams and business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions
• Contribute to the teams innovation roadmap within an Agile/DevOps environment

Qualifications :

• 3-7 years of experience Core/Framework with C# ideally within a financial institution
• Strong knowledge of modern clientside frameworks ideally Angular Kendo UI and TypeScript.
• React experience is a plus.
• Solid SQL and relational database skills; Entity Framework a plus
• Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD tools: Bitbucket Jenkins XL Deploy SonarQube Checkmarx CyberArk Azure
• Fluent English (written and spoken) strong communication and collaboration skills
• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent work experience
