You and your family will have access to LYRA an industry leading platform that provides comprehensive support and a myriad of resources to help support your physical mental financial and social :A continuous focus on professional development with many opportunities for training & career Focused:We care about you and have developed a 24/7 safety mindset that is showcased throughout every facet of the youll do:Serve as the primary liaison for Residential Buying Groups overseeing contract negotiations and issue resolutions to reduce customer and maintain strong relationships with buying group leads as the main point of onboarding of new buyinggroup customers by coordinating with Inside Sales and regular check-ins with buying groups to gather feedback and address operational with Product and Pricing teams on contract renewals to maintain or improve profitability while reducing churn availability for occasional afterhours text or phone contact to support and resolve escalated issues for buying group members ensuring timely guidance and continuity of with Residential Commercial Operations Finance HR Legal and other teams to resolve customer issues and support retention customer issue trends and partner with internal teams to improve processes reduce recurrence and strengthen the overall customer experiencePerform all salesrelated activities in and update transactions in CRM systems including ADDs FSM and account terminations and issue required legal with all legal quality and regulatory you bring:Bachelors degree preferred in Business Administration Marketing Communications Supply Chain or a related field.3 years in account management customer success or sales resolving customer issues and supporting retention or ability to work with crossfunctional use of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).Knowledge of contract terms renewals pricing concepts and basic margin/profitability of crossfunctional workflows across Sales Operations Finance and of customer issue resolution processes including rootcause identification and escalation with regulatory legal and quality compliance requirements related to customer Authorization to work in the US isrequired. Salaries are based upon candidate skills experience and qualificationsgeographical location as well as market and business considerations.
