Looking to accelerate your career in business operations customer management and leadership Were seeking a Business Unit Coordinator to support key customer accounts while developing the skills needed to advance into a Business Unit Manager role.

• Support customer relationships and business initiatives
• Assist with product launches business transfers and materials management
• Prepare RFP responses forecasts and business reviews
• Partner with Business Unit Managers on daily operations and account management
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Analyze business performance and help deliver customer-focused solutions

• Bachelors degree required; Business Finance Accounting or Engineering preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing operations finance supply chain or a related field
• Strong analytical project management and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Leadership potential and desire to grow into a management role
