Job Role: Business System Analyst
Job Location : Strongsville OH Denver CO Pittsburgh PA Dallas TX Birmingham AL Phoenix AZ (Onsite)
Job Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $100000 to $120000/Annum Full Time Benefits
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Technical Skills: SQL proficiency proficiency in data modeling and knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile Waterfall).
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data to solve business problems.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to bridge communication between non-technical business users and technical IT teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Interviewing stakeholders to identify document and analyze business needs.
System Analysis & Design: Analyzing testing and troubleshooting computer hardware and software to improve performance.
Technical Documentation: Creating detailed functional specifications workflow charts and user stories for development teams
Process Improvement: Reviewing existing business processes and designing new efficient workflows.
Implementation & Support: Guiding the implementation of new systems overseeing testing (UAT) and offering post-launch support.
