Job Title: Business Process Improvement Analyst

Location: Oklahoma City OK

Duration: 12 Months Contract on W2

Direct Client Need

Hybrid- 3-4 days in office at OKC.

Timeline & Interview Process: 1 Round In-Person up to 60 minutes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business process analysis through stakeholder interviews workflow reviews data analysis and other appropriate assessment methods.
  • Develop and maintain current state and future state process maps workflows and supporting documentation.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma and quality improvement methodologies to identify process gaps bottlenecks redundancies root causes and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop practical data informed recommendations to improve process efficiency effectiveness standardization and sustainability.
  • Develop and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs) process documentation business requirements reports executive summaries and other written materials. Facilitate or support process improvement sessions with program staff subject matter experts and other stakeholders.
  • Develop appropriate process measures and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
  • Support implementation change management and sustainment activities associated with approved process improvements.
  • Provide regular progress updates and maintain documentation of assigned projects deliverables risks issues and recommendations.
  • Complete assigned deliverables within established timelines and incorporate OSDH feedback into final work products.
  • Completes other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a business analyst.
  • Professional experience in business analysis process improvement project management performance management or a related field.
  • Experience supporting strategic initiatives organizational transformation or enterprise-level improvement efforts.
  • Experience developing executive-level reports dashboards process maps SOPs or implementation documentation.
  • Lean Six Sigma project management change management business analysis or related professional training or certification is preferred.
  • Nice to have experience in state government healthcare finance regulatory or similar service-related business.
  • Preferred masters degree in MBA or MHA.
