Business Process Engineer

What Youll Be Doing:

• Requires in-depth knowledge and experience
• Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
• Works independently; receives minimal guidance
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
• Represents the level at which career may stabilize for many years or even until retirement
• Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes
• Typically resolves complex problems or problems where precedent may not exist
• Often leads the work of project teams; may formally train junior staff
• Lead and or participate in project Implementation of business projects initiatives and priorities. Working directly with cross functional Business Team & IT.
• Develops/facilitates required data documentation KPIs and process and roll out training documentation
• Works independently

What We Are Looking For:

• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience developing current-state and future-state process maps value stream maps SIPOCs and workflow designs using Visio or similar process modeling tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management relationship-building and influencing skills with a demonstrated ability to drive alignment and build consensus across diverse teams and organizational levels.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a proven ability to work independently take initiative and drive priorities forward with minimal direction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable sustainable and measurable process solutions.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements analyze processes identify gaps and develop improvement recommendations.
• Ability to lead process transformation initiatives by partnering with business leaders project teams and key stakeholders to deliver operational efficiencies and improved business outcomes.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid: Tuesday Wednesday Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday Friday-work from home.
