A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Business Execution Consultant.
Position type: Full-time Contract (W2)
Duration: 12 Months Contract w/ extension.
Location: Charlotte NC 3 days hybrid on-site role

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $70 - $75 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.

As a Business Execution Consultant you will:
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic consultant to develop and influence initiatives for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution.
- Provide expert guidance on the strategy and resolution of unique large-scale challenges that require in-depth evaluation creativity and innovative thinking.
- Deliver long-term scalable solutions that align with business goals leveraging advanced analytical and inductive reasoning.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in Business Execution Implementation or Strategic Planning demonstrated through work experience consulting training military service or education.
- Proven ability to make decisions in complex multifaceted environments with a solid understanding of business functions or products.
- Experience facilitating decision-making and issue resolution in high-stakes large-scale scenarios.
- Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with team members and leaders driving strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to influence and guide less experienced Strategy and Execution staff.
