• Competitive Pay $50000$75000 OTE (base salary commission bonuses). Your base is guaranteed commission grows as your accounts do.

• Autonomy Manage your own daily schedule and route within your territory.

• Start your morning at home plan your route review your target accounts.
• Drive your planned route typically 10-15 visits throughout the NKY territory.
• Meet with Property Managers and Maintenance Supervisors to introduce and build relationships with the people who make repair decisions.
• Log meeting details in our customer (CRM) software before your day ends.
• Attend the weekly team meeting to review team performance share wins and engage in continuous learning.

• Coachable eager to learn open to feedback takes responsibility for results and willing to run a proven sales playbook.
• Curious comfortable asking questions and seeks to serve customers by understanding them first
• Detail-Oriented executes daily habits (routing documenting metrics sending follow-ups) that turn activity into revenue consistently.
