What youll actually do

Your job is hard.

Create opportunities.

Youll speak with HR leaders senior executives and decision makers at growing organisations.

Some conversations will happen over the phone.

Some over LinkedIn.

Some by email.

Some because youve spotted something nobody else has.

Youll work alongside experienced Account Executives to identify target companies understand their business and open doors that become real commercial opportunities.

Every meeting you create has the potential to become a new Workhuman customer.

The base salary range for this position is $50000$60000. Offered base compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidates qualifications experience geographic location and other factors relevant to the scope and responsibilities of this role.

This role is also eligible for bonus or other variable compensation based on job performance and our standard benefits package which supports employee well-being and work-life balance.
