The Opportunity

This is not a traditional corporate Business Development position.

Rather than representing a single employer or managing a conventional sales territory you will apply your existing business development and relationship-management capabilities within an established professional framework.

Your activities may include:

• Developing and maintaining professional relationships through digital channels
• Conducting structured conversations with individuals interested in professional and leadership development
• Identifying and engaging prospective contacts through professional networking
• Communicating information about relevant development programs and resources
• Building and maintaining a professional network
• Using platforms such as LinkedIn Zoom and CRM systems
• Participating in structured training and ongoing professional development
• Following established systems processes and communication standards
• Managing your own schedule priorities and professional activity

Your Experience

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience is preferred.
