Position Title: Business Development & Marketing Representative
Company: Precision Scans Healthcare Staffing (Diagnostic Imaging Allied Health & Nursing)
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer and Lead Schedule Coordinator
Location: 100% Field-Based California and Nevada territory (hospitals imaging centers and healthcare facilities)
Employment Type: Part-Time / Full-Time Non-Exempt (hourly)
Compensation: $25.00 per hour plus commission on new business generated
Position Summary
Precision Scans is seeking a driven personable Business Development & Marketing Representative to grow our client base of hospitals imaging centers surgical centers and other healthcare facilities.
This is a 100% field-based role focused on generating new business through in-person outreach relationship building and consistent follow-up. The ideal candidate is comfortable being out in the field every day meeting decision-makers face to face and representing Precision Scans as a trusted staffing partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Open new accounts and maintain service and grow existing client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hospitals imaging centers clinics surgical centers and other healthcare facilities across the assigned territory.
- Conduct daily in-person visits and drop-ins to prospective and existing client facilities to build and maintain relationships.
- Introduce Precision Scanss staffing services (diagnostic imaging allied health nursing and per diem/travel placement) to key decision-makers such as department managers HR nursing offices and administrators.
- Generate qualified leads schedule meetings and deliver presentations of our services and rate schedule.
- Follow up consistently on leads proposals and requests for staffing to convert prospects into active clients.
- Distribute marketing materials and represent Precision Scans at healthcare facilities networking events and industry functions.
- Gather market intelligence on facility staffing needs competitors and rates and report opportunities back to the office.
- Coordinate with the CEO and scheduling team to ensure new client needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity contacts and pipeline in the companys tracking system.
- Represent the Precision Scans brand with professionalism integrity and a service-first attitude at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Enthusiastic positive attitude with a genuine passion for people service and building relationships.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (business development marketing or outside/field sales); healthcare or staffing industry experience strongly preferred.
- Comfortable with daily field work and in-person prospecting; self-motivated and able to work independently without direct supervision.
- Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented and driven by results and commission-based earning potential.
- Valid drivers license reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the assigned California and Nevada territory.
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a clinical/hospital environment. Basic computer skills (email CRM or tracking spreadsheets and mobile communication).
Compensation & Advancement
This position offers a base rate of $25.00 per hour plus uncapped commission on new business generated rewarding your drive and results. Successful representatives who consistently bring in new accounts will have the opportunity to grow their territory earnings and role within the company.
