Senior Helpers of Silver Spring is seeking a high-performing Community Engagement Manager to lead our growth. Were looking for a proven relationship-builder who knows how to open doors ask for the business and turn prospects into long-term referral partners.

Compensation & Benefits

What Youll Do
- Develop and execute a business development plan
- Build referral relationships with hospitals physicians discharge planners case managers rehab facilities assisted living and skilled nursing communities hospice agencies and other healthcare partners
- Prospect through cold calls in-person visits networking and community events
- Manage and grow a referral pipeline using our CRM
- Run sales presentations lunch-and-learns and community outreach events
- Track pipeline performance referral trends and conversion metrics
Who You Are
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- 5 years of outside sales or business development experience
- Confident prospecting cold-calling and closing
- Strong CRM management
Preferred
- Experience selling services not products
- Senior care home health or healthcare related sales background
- Existing referral relationships in Silver Springs healthcare community
