Role description:

Are you a relationship-driven business developer with a passion for construction infrastructure claims and project advisory services

Arcadis is seeking a Business Development Manager Claims to lead the growth of our Claims Disputes and Change Management practice across the Western United this highly visible role youll leverage your industry network market knowledge and strategic business development expertise to identify opportunities build client relationships and expand our presence across transportation infrastructure water energy and buildings markets.

What Youll Do

• Drive business development initiatives and market expansion strategies
• Develop and strengthen relationships with owners contractors attorneys program managers and project executives
• Identify and pursue opportunities within major capital programs and complex infrastructure projects
• Lead strategic pursuits proposals presentations and client engagement activities
• Partner with subject matter experts to deliver innovative claims dispute resolution and change management solutions
• Contribute directly to revenue growth and long-term client success

What Were Looking For

• 12 years of experience in construction infrastructure project controls claims consulting dispute resolution change management or related advisory services
• Proven success in business development account growth and client relationship management
• Established industry network within infrastructure transportation engineering consulting legal or construction sectors
• Strong understanding of claims project controls schedule analysis dispute resolution and capital project delivery
• Exceptional communication leadership and strategic thinking skills

Preferred Experience

• Heavy civil transportation water buildings or major infrastructure projects
• Certifications such as CCM PMP PSP CFCC MRICS or similar
• Experience supporting large and complex capital programs
• CA PE license preferred but is not required.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per salary range for this position is $130000 - $220000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors such as experience education budget internal equity project and location.
