Elwood Staffing is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our presence in the Douglasville market. If youre a motivated hunter who thrives on prospecting developing new accounts and closing business this is an opportunity to build a rewarding sales career with an industry leader.

What Youll Do
- Prospect and develop new B2B business opportunities.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and identify workforce solutions.
- Conduct client meetings presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate close and onboard new accounts.
- Partner with recruiting and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Travel locally throughout your territory (6070% field-based). This is not a remote position. Auto allowance provided.
What Were Looking For
- Proven outside sales or business development experience preferred.
- A passion for prospecting and building new business.
- Strong communication presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a competitive goal-oriented mindset.
- Valid drivers license and the ability to travel throughout the local territory.
