Were looking for a Business Development Manager to work closely with executive leadership as a key member of the leadership team. Youll help execute strategic initiatives improve operational efficiency and drive business development across the organization. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Support & Leadership

• Support executive leadership in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives
• Serve as a trusted point of coordination between leadership employees and partners
• Take ownership of high-priority initiatives to ensure timely execution and successful outcomes

Business Development & Project Management

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities partnerships and growth initiatives
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects from inception through completion
• Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new products services and operational initiatives

Operations & Research

• Improve internal processes and help streamline day-to-day operations
• Conduct research prepare reports and provide recommendations to support key business decisions
