• Develop and win new client relationships across IT staffing and consulting services
• Create opportunities through networking outreach referrals and in-person meetings

• Sell contract contract-to-hire direct hire and project-based solutions
• Collaborate with a high-performing recruiting team to deliver exceptional results

• 25 years of IT staffing or technology services sales experience
• Proven success generating new business and opening new accounts
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
• Driven competitive and motivated by growth and earnings
