Commercial Cleaning Salem-Based Independent Field Role

Were looking for an energetic detail-oriented and self-motivated professional to help grow our commercial cleaning business and strengthen our presence throughout the communities we serve.

This is an independent customer-facing role based out of Salem covering a large service area. Youll spend your time in the field building relationships meeting decision-makers and generating new business.

What Youll Do

Meet directly with business owners property managers facility managers and other decision-makers.
Conduct in-person outreach prospecting and follow-up to generate new accounts.
Cover a vast geographic territory based out of Salem and develop new business throughout the area.
Attend industry events networking meetings and community events to build relationships and create opportunities.
Represent our company professionally and become an active part of the communities we serve.
Conduct property walkthroughs prepare proposals and help turn prospects into long-term customers.
Manage your own schedule and activities while staying accountable for results.
Attend weekly team meetings in Clackamas.

What Were Looking For

Compensation: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
