Location: Onsite- IRVINE CA
Duration: 6 months

Role: Business and Data Analyst

Descriptions:

Gather analyze and document business requirements across end-to-end trade lifecycle (front office middle office and back office)
Collaborate with business stakeholders traders operations and IT teams to define solutions and workflows
Translate requirements into functional specifications user stories and data mappings
Perform data analysis using SQL for validation reconciliation and reporting
Support system design discussions with developers leveraging Java-based applications/APIs
Conduct gap analysis (As-Is vs To-Be) and recommend process improvements
Coordinate SIT/UAT activities prepare test cases and validate business scenarios
Monitor and troubleshoot production issues ensuring timely resolution
Prepare detailed documentation including BRD/FRD workflows and release notes

Skills: Capital Markets and Financial Services
Experience Required: 10 & Above
