Job Summary
Role Overview:
The Customer Experience Analytics team helps PNC understand how customers experience our products services and processesand where we can do better. As a Business Analytics Consultant on the team within the Data Model & Analytics organization you will work with customer complaints survey responses and call center transcripts to help tell the story of the customer and identify opportunities to improve experiences and outcomes.
An ideal role for someone who is eager to learn grow technical and analytical skills and gain hands on experience working with real business data. You will be supported by more experienced team members and will gradually take on more complex analyses as your skills develop.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze customer experience data such as complaints surveys and call transcripts to identify patterns trends and areas for improvement.
Use Python and SQL to help extract clean and analyze data from a variety of sources.
Create and maintain dashboards reports and visualizations in Tableau XM Discover (or similar tools) to support business decision making.
Help calculate and interpret key customer experience metrics including trends volumes lifts efficiencies and basic statistical measures.
Translate analytical results into clear easy to understand insights for business and operational partners.
Support repeatable reporting and analysis by helping document processes maintain templates and improve data quality.
Collaborate with team members and business partners to better understand customer pain points and experience-enhancing opportunities.
Preferred Skills & Experience
An interest in data analytics and customer experience (prior professional experience is helpful but not required)
Familiarity with Python SQL or other analytical tools through coursework internships or early career experience
Exposure to Tableau or data visualization tools
Strong curiosity problem solving skills and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills

- Leverages analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process tools and applications for a business function or business unit to create data driven solutions.
- Recommending appropriate performance measures to be produced including lifts efficiencies confidence intervals and other statistical metrics.
- Analyzing and processing data building and maintaining models and report templates and developing dynamic data-driven solutions.
- Providing business clients with detailed actionable reports documenting the findings from data processing and data analysis.
- Consulting on using business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitating implementation of new tools and data marts.
