Position Overview:

As a Business Analyst at Dayton Rogers you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to help drive business decisions and improve overall operations. You will work closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement develop strategies and implement solutions to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and insights

- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and gather requirements

- Develop and maintain reports dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators

- Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for streamlining processes

- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives

- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented solutions

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business processes

- Communicate findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field

- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel Tableau or Power BI

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
