About the Role:
Triunity Software is looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our growing team in New Jersey! This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and business strategy helping drive meaningful solutions in a dynamic software environment. Responsibilities:
- Gather document and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across the organization
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories for development teams
- Facilitate meetings workshops and interviews to identify process improvements and solutions
- Develop and maintain detailed process flow diagrams use cases and business documentation
- Collaborate with software developers QA teams and project managers throughout the SDLC
- Monitor project progress and ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist stakeholders with change management
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst preferably in a software or technology environment
- Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Scrum
- Proficiency in requirements management and documentation tools
- Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with keen attention to detail
- Experience with SQL data analysis or BI tools is a plus
Compensation: $100000.00 - $110000.00 per year
