We are seeking a senior-level Business Analyst with strong financial domain expertise to support enterprise transformation initiatives within the IT organization. This role will work closely with procurement facilities and cross-functional business teams to drive enhancements technology reviews production support and process documentation.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical solution-oriented and capable of leading projects or functioning in a lead BA capacity.

• 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with ownership of enterprise-level projects
• Strong background in financial services or finance-related environments
• Experience working in Waterfall methodologies with adaptability to Agile environments
• Proven ability to lead projects or operate in a senior/lead BA role
• Strong stakeholder communication and management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI for reporting and visualization
• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and validation
• Experience with Microsoft technologies including:
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Microsoft 365
  • Azure DevOps

• Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements
• Partner with business stakeholders and IT leadership on enterprise transformation projects
• Support procurement and facilities-related initiatives from a technology perspective
• Perform data analysis validation and reporting
• Recommend process improvements and technology solutions
• Coordinate production support activities and enhancement requests
• Create and maintain project documentation and business process flows
• Collaborate with technical teams for implementation and validation

• Experience in enterprise transformation initiatives
• Exposure to procurement or facilities management systems
• Strong documentation and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
