Job Summary
Education
Bachelors degree in a technical business or healthcare field. 4 years of experience in business/systems analysis and/or computer systems development/modification may be substituted.
1 years of experience supporting MMIS Legacy system projects as a Business Analyst or performing related duties (understanding capabilities and intricacies of MMIS).
1 years of experience working with Medicaid claims and provider operations concepts.
1 years of experience working with a Medicaid eligibility and/or enrollment information system in an operations capacity.
Proficient in Office Suite Jira Footprints and SharePoint.
Subject Matter Expertise related to MMIS Operations.
Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques such as SAS Excel data visualization tools and statistical analysis software.
***Lumen and / or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop monitor etc.) to the selected contractor. The contractor must have their own equipment. Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumens client allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.***
