The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available for a secondment in a Business Analyst role within the Campus Enablement team providing the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the ongoing improvement of IT infrastructure and services across the organisation.
In this role you will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand business needs identify opportunities for improvement and translate requirements into practical sustainable solutions. You will play an important role in analysing complex issues developing and documenting functional requirements and supporting the implementation of improvements that enhance the way services are delivered.
The secondment will provide an opportunity to work across a range of initiatives build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and provide trusted advice on business and technology requirements. You will be encouraged to bring a proactive solutions-focused approach using your analytical and problem-solving skills to help navigate challenges and deliver outcomes that support broader business priorities.

Key Selection Criteria
Demonstrated experience in business analysis particularly in IT infrastructure and service improvement.
Highly developed planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise drive improvements and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to analyse business needs and develop and document appropriate functional specifications and solutions.
Highly developed relationship management and consulting skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to identify and recommend solutions to challenging issues.
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide clear advice and present complex information effectively.
Strong knowledge and skills relevant to business analysis IT services and the delivery of business-focused solutions.
