• Safely transport students to and from school and school-related activities
• Ensure student safety and compliance with bus policies
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus
• Maintain a clean and orderly bus environment
• Communicate effectively with students and school personnel
• Monitor student behavior and address any issues promptly
• Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to supervisors
• Adhere to local traffic laws and school district policies

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid commercial drivers license (CDL) with passenger endorsement
• Strong commitment to student safety and well-being
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage student behavior on the bus
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
