Job Summary
As a Business Analytics Sr. Manager will have the following responsibilities:
Leading a team of analysts and managing complex business analytics initiatives.
Leverage advanced analytics machine learning and AI-enabled insights to identify emerging risks opportunities and trends that support strategic decision-making.
Partner with business technology and risk leaders to translate strategic objectives into analytics machine learning and AI-enabled solutions that improve decision quality and operational effectiveness..
Establishing performance metrics KPIs and reporting frameworks
.
Presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
Overseeing data quality governance and analytics best practices.
Managing project priorities stakeholder communication and analyst development.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics Statistics or related field.
Advanced experience with data analysis reporting and business intelligence tools (e.g. SQL Power BI Tableau).
Experience leading machine learning predictive analytics or data science initiatives.
Knowledge of Generative AI LLM-based solutions and AI-assisted decision-support tools.
Experience developing analytics products that drive measurable business outcomes.
Familiarity with AI governance model risk management and Responsible AI principles.
Experience partnering with technology organizations to implement analytics and AI solutions at scale.
Strong leadership and people-management experience.
Experience influencing business decisions through data-driven recommendations.
Lead the evaluation development and adoption of emerging analytics machine learning and artificial intelligence capabilities identifying opportunities to improve risk management operational efficiency and business outcomes.

- Directs the strategic design management and implementation of an enterprise-wide business analytics programs to drive customer solutions service innovation and profitability.
- Leads development and execution of complex analytical solutions to meet business requirements .
- Leading the research development and adoption of new and emerging analytics technologies; identifying technology-based business opportunities.
- Implementing mechanisms for ensuring that information provided is accurate meaningful has integrity manages risk and meets the needs of the senior leadership.
- Directing motivating developing and managing the performance of the management team and key staff.
