Job Summary
Provide clerical duties and filing services to the controller and assistant controller.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service at the Bursars Office cashier window. Receive student tuition payments and departmental deposits. Collect late payment fees. Provide general information about billing account balances and refund checks.
- Answer telephone calls.
- Maintain excellent customer service while assisting customers.
- Perform data entry.
- Miscellaneous clerical duties assigned by supervisor.
Wage Range: $16.90 - $17.30 per hour
Available Hours: 12:30pm - 4:30pm Monday to Thursday
Required Skills
Filing accuracy typing skills. Ability to work 1 year
Required Experience
High school diploma or GED. Must be currently enrolled at La Sierra University. Previous Cashier and Customer Service experience preferred.
