We are seeking experienced Buildium Specialists to support a project focused on completing and documenting real-world property management workflows. The role involves using Buildium to manage property tenant lease payment and maintenance-related tasks while providing accurate workflow documentation.

• Complete assigned workflows and tasks within Buildium.
• Manage property tenant and lease information.
• Handle tenant management leasing rent tracking and maintenance workflows.
• Document workflow steps and explain Buildium features and processes.
• Record screen-based workflows and demonstrate completed tasks.
• Create realistic prompts and evaluation rubrics.
• Review task outputs for accuracy and adherence to project guidelines.
• Work independently while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

• Strong hands-on experience using Buildium in a professional property management environment.
• Experience with tenant and lease management payments maintenance or property operations.
• Current access to Buildium and ability to use the platform independently.
• Strong attention to detail and workflow documentation skills.
• Comfortable recording and sharing screen-based workflows.
• Experience with data annotation AI evaluation RLHF or similar projects is a plus.
