What Youll Do

• Operate maintain troubleshoot and repair industrial building systems and equipment

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on HVAC equipment boilers chillers pumps compressors motors electrical systems and mechanical equipment

• Diagnose and repair electrical HVAC plumbing and mechanical issues

• Monitor and operate Building Automation Systems (BAS) and building controls

• Complete daily equipment inspections operational checks and equipment rounds

• Maintain generators fire and life safety systems and other critical infrastructure

• Perform lighting plumbing carpentry door hardware and general building maintenance repairs

• Utilize CMMS software to document work orders preventive maintenance and equipment history

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors during repairs and maintenance projects

• Respond to equipment failures and emergency maintenance situations while maintaining a safe work environment

What Were Looking For

• 4 years of commercial or industrial maintenance experience

• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical systems and commercial/industrial HVAC

• Experience with boilers chillers pumps compressors motors and mechanical equipment

• Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS) and CMMS software

• Ability to read electrical and mechanical blueprints and schematics

• Universal EPA Certification preferred

• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance programs

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
