BSAAML Analyst

JOB SUMMARY:Serve in a role to support the design and execution of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) compliance DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The BSA/AML Analyst will have duties and responsibilities such as:Assist with transaction monitoring investigations data analysis identification of trends and systems testing tuning and developing innovative compliance and managing risk facilitating engagement decisions and enhancing compliance programs. Understand BSA/AML/OFAC regulatory requirements and apply them to our business model to ensure the effective execution of the program. Prepare reports that meet internal and regulatory clearly with bankers and customers in the conduct of investigations and monitoring efforts and educate and advise lines of business to ensure full in assigned compliance JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assists in the development of new business for Firstrust. Is alert to expressed customer/prospect needs to suggest appropriate services.
