Branch Supervisor

Make a difference.

As a Branch Supervisor you will build new and strengthen existing customer relationships by promoting the Companys products and services to maximize sales and gross margin.

In this role you will:

• Develop and maintain counter area through effective inventory management and strategic product placement

• Ensure customer service commensurate with market requirements and Companys customer service policy

• Achieve market penetration to meet branch district and Company objectives

• Provide or establish training plan for all employees at location

• Schedule plan and implement promotional activities in conjunction with suppliers.

What you bring to the table:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience required: Some business experience in sales operations service management or finance

• 4 years of experience preferred:Past supervisory or management experience in sales operations service management or finance positions

• 4 year degree preferred: Business management administration or finance

• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Suite including Word PowerPoint and Excel

• Organizational skills

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing

• Ability to interface with all levels of both external (customers and suppliers) and internal (employees and management) customers

• Ability to manage motivate and influence others to achieve the branchs established objectives

• Some travel required

Compensation Details: The expected starting rate of pay for this position is $70000 annually depending on experience. This position is also incentive eligible based on specific and relevant business metrics.
