Job Title: Branch Operations Technical Analyst
Job Summary :
The Analyst manages regional office IT infrastructure & applications by deploying configuring and troubleshooting local network systems hardware and corporate software applications.
- This role serves as the primary technical escalation point to rapidly resolve outages minimize business disruption and enforce strict cybersecurity and regulatory compliance policies at the endpoint level.
- Person who can support on scanners & technology interfaces and support in requirements QA implementations.
- The person would also be working in the lab environment to assist the newer implementations and triage any issues or incidents.
