Washington Trust is looking for an experienced individual with the ability to successfully lead the team at our new branch in Bristol would you be a great fitYou possess 5 years of supervisory and banking lead by example by having a customer base that you manage from cash handling to account opening to overall financial are driven by success and can effectively manage a branch team and lead them to a common are organized and make effective use of your have an understanding of the lending/credit function in reference to consumer residential loans and small business have knowledge of all bank products and the Banks policies and are outgoing and have strong sales management language skills strongly preferred.A day in the life may include:Developing and managing employeesin order to achieve growth and profitability for the branch and mentoring and motivating the staff to achieve optimum levels of sales and customer loan applications for consumer closely with business partners to provide referrals of small business products residential loans and key established operational security and compliance guidelines to ensure the maximum security of the branch at all in off-site events to represent the bank in the community and in business additional branch functions as : A goodfaith reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $80000 - $115000 per year and the actual offer will depend on factors such as experience skills training certifications and education. This base salary reflects one component of our competitive compensation package. This position may be eligible for an annual bonus and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
