• Direct and oversee all branch operations including Mitigation and Reconstruction services
• Ensure consistent execution of company standards operating procedures and best practices
• Monitor operational performance productivity quality and customer satisfaction metrics
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and profitability

• Maintain full accountability for branch financial performance
• Manage budgets forecasting job costing gross profit margins and operating expenses
• Review key performance indicators and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals
• Ensure effective resource allocation and operational planning

• Lead mentor and develop department managers and leadership staff
• Build a culture centered on accountability professionalism collaboration and results
• Support talent acquisition succession planning and employee development initiatives
• Conduct regular performance reviews and leadership coaching

• Partner with sales and business development teams to support revenue growth
• Strengthen relationships with customers insurance partners vendors and community stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve market presence and operational performance
• Support strategic initiatives and organizational growth objectives

• 7 years of leadership experience within restoration construction or related service industries
• Demonstrated success managing branch operations business units or multiple departments
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets profitability and operational metrics
• Experience leading mitigation and reconstruction operations preferred
• Strong leadership communication and decision making skills
• Proven ability to build teams develop leaders and drive accountability
• Experience with Xactimate and restoration industry systems preferred
• IICRC certifications are a plus
