Bookkeeper (Temporary)
Job Summary
Nexteel Saha LLC is seeking an experienced and dependable Temporary Bookkeeper to support our accounting operations during a six- to eight-week employee absence. This position will help maintain the timely and accurate processing of daily financial transactions at our manufacturing facility.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized detail-oriented and able to begin contributing with minimal supervision. Experience with QuickBooks and bookkeeping in a manufacturing or industrial environment is strongly preferred.
- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure proper coding and approvals
- Enter vendor bills and maintain accurate vendor records
- Assist with accounts receivable customer invoicing and payment tracking
- Reconcile bank credit card and general ledger accounts
- Record deposits payments expenses and other financial transactions
- Review vendor statements and research discrepancies
- Maintain organized electronic and physical accounting records
- Assist with purchase orders expense reports and supporting documentation
- Provide payroll-related administrative support as needed
- Prepare basic financial and transaction reports for management
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding accounting matters
- Support month-end closing activities
- Perform other bookkeeping and administrative duties as assigned
This is a temporary position expected to last approximately six to eight weeks. The selected candidate must be available to work on-site during regular business hours and should be prepared to quickly learn Nexteel Sahas accounting processes and procedures.
The duration of the assignment may be adjusted based on business needs.

Required Skills:
Qualifications Experience Entry-level to 3 years of relevant experience. Background in Manufacturing Steel or OCTG is preferred but not required. Technical Skills Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word Excel Outlook Teams). Strong skills in scheduling reporting and documentation. Ability to quickly learn and operate site-specific systems and tools. Language Skills English and/or Spanish proficiency preferred. Korean language skills are a plus but not required. Working Conditions Primarily office-based with required on-site visits. Weekend work may be required; compensatory time off will be provided. Performance Expectations (KPIs) Clear consistent communication with production teams. Timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks. Preparedness for meetings (accurate reports data and supporting materials delivered on time).
