Body Shop Technician

HAWKINS CHEVROLET is seeking a skilled Body Shop Technician to join our team inSunbury PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to perform high-quality repairs on vehicle bodies to restore them to their original condition.

• Perform structural and cosmetic repairs on vehicle bodies.
• Remove and install damaged parts such as doors fenders and bumpers.
• Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding filling and masking surfaces.
• Operate tools and equipment safely including frame straightening machines and welding equipment.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and communicate repair needs to management.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures at all times.

• Experience in automotive body repair or collision repair.
• Familiarity with repair techniques tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong physical stamina and manual dexterity.
• Valid drivers license.
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
