What youll do

• Perform collision repairs using manufacturer procedures and quality standards.
• Identify damage required repair operations and additional needs early in the repair process.
• Partner with estimators and parts professionals to develop complete accurate repair plans.
• Complete disassembly welding measuring frame pulling body repairs and reassembly within your qualifications.
• Check your work throughout the repair process.
• Communicate progress and obstacles to keep repairs moving.
• Maintain an organized workspace and contribute to a team that shares knowledge and takes ownership.

What youll bring

• Hands-on collision repair experience and pride in your workmanship.
• Experience in welding measuring frame pulling and body filler application.
• Relevant certifications preferred including I-CAR ASE manufacturer or welding certifications.
• A commitment to proper repair methods accuracy and continuous learning.

• The ability to work independently while contributing to the success of the entire shop.
