Job Overview
As a local vacuum truck driver and operator you will be responsible for the safe efficient and legally compliant servicing of our customers. Your role will involve conducting pre-post trip inspections on your truck following all safety rules and regulations and loading/unloading liquid waste from customer locations to a wastewater treatment facility. You must be someone who enjoys an active job is comfortable using equipment on the truck to load/unload liquid waste enjoys working independently but also thrives in building strong relationships. - Competitive Starting Pay: Minimum of $28.00 per hour depending on previous vacuum and/or tanker driver experience and market overtime pay after 40 hours weekly pay. Annual performance review process and pay increases based on individual and company performance.

- Safely operate vacuum trucks and related equipment
- Collect and transport both liquid and solid waste including industrial by-products and sewage
- Conduct daily inspections and perform routine maintenance on vehicles
- Ensure waste is disposed of properly and in compliance with all local state and federal regulations
- Maintain professional conduct working with customers fellow peers and the motoring public
- Maintain accurate records of waste collected maintain driver electronic logs and necessary documentation as required
- Other duties as assigned
- *May require occasional overtime weekends or holiday shifts as dictated by business needs
- Valid Class-B Drivers License (CDL) with Tanker Endorsement (preferably in state of operation)
- High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of Class B tanker driving experience
- Willingness and ability to work overnight shifts
- Clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years 1 at-fault accident in 5 years)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must physically qualify and obtain a Medical Examiners Certificate
- Physical capability to lift 50 pounds bend squat and work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
