Home-Based ABA Services Full-Time & Part-Time - Charlotte NC

About the Opportunity

Towne U.S. is seeking dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a growing ABA team serving children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental needs.

This is a home-based position and is NOT a school-based role. Services are provided primarily in clients homes community settings and occasional daycare environments. While some remote responsibilities may be available candidates must be willing to provide in-person services as clinically appropriate.

Client Population:

Children and young adults ages 221.
Individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Services provided in home community and daycare settings.

Responsibilities:

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and young adults with autism and related developmental needs.
Design monitor and modify treatment programs across communication language social adaptive and behavioral domains.
Analyze client progress and update treatment plans to ensure goal attainment.
Provide clinical supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Conduct parent and caregiver training.
Collaborate with families caregivers and interdisciplinary team members.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.

Caseload & Clinical Support:

Typical caseload of approximately 1014 clients.
Dedicated RBT support for each client.
BCBAs focus on clinical oversight supervision and treatment planning.
Flexible scheduling designed to meet client and family needs.
Strong mentorship and collaboration from experienced clinical leadership.

Qualifications:

Required:

Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Special Education or a related field.
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Active North Carolina BCBA licensure.
Active BCBA certification at the time of application.
Excellent communication interpersonal and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
Ability to travel locally between client locations.

Preferred:

Experience with CentralReach or similar electronic health record systems.
Experience providing ABA services in home and community-based settings.

Please Note:

This position is for fully credentialed BCBAs only.

BCaBAs BCBA Assistants Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Behavioral Health Technicians and other support-level positions will not be considered for this role.

Newly certified BCBAs are encouraged to apply.
