As a BCBA with KCAS youll have the opportunity to choose a caseload that aligns with your availability and professional goals while providing meaningful services to children adolescents and young adults across home school center and community settings.
Compensation:
$70-$85 per hour based on experience

Expected Hours:

What Youll Do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Analyze client data and make treatment decisions based on measurable progress
- Provide parent training caregiver support and collaboration with school teams
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Special Education Psychology or a related field
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities
- Experience supervising direct-care staff preferred
- Strong communication organizational and clinical decision-making skills
