Role Overview
An established ABA therapy organization is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support children with autism through individualized evidence-based therapy programs in Rockwall TX.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative clinical environment focused on play-based interventions caregiver support and long-term developmental success. Ideal candidates are passionate about helping children grow while mentoring clinical staff and supporting high-quality ABA services.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Client Care
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Establish and oversee ABA therapy services focused on cognitive social communication and self-help skill development
Analyze client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary service providers to support continuity of care
Deliver evidence-based ABA interventions using:
Natural Environment Teaching (NET)
Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
Staff Supervision & Development
Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians
Provide coaching training and performance feedback
Ensure compliance with BACB standards and insurance requirements
Support staff growth and clinical excellence initiatives
Clinic & Program Support
Assist with clinic oversight and program development
Support continuous learning and quality improvement initiatives
Participate in additional operational or clinical projects as needed
Requirements
Active BCBA certification required
Active LBA credentials in good standing required
Must qualify under BACB supervision standards
Must qualify for insurance credentialing requirements
Valid drivers license and current auto insurance required
CPR/BLS certification required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong leadership collaboration and adaptability skills
Passion for helping children and families succeed
Ability to commute to Rockwall TX or relocate with employer assistance
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $80000-$87000 annually
Sign-on bonus up to $10000
Annual bonus opportunity up to $12000
Potential total compensation exceeding $100K
