Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Center-Based, No In-Home

Center-Based Westport CT

Ascend is hiring a BCBA for our Westport CT center working with early learners (ages 2-7) in a supportive center-based setting. No in-home visits. Youll carry a manageable caseload of 7-9 clients with strong clinical and administrative support behind you.

What Youll Do:

Conduct assessments and build individualized treatment plans

Supervise and mentor BT/RBTs

Provide 1:1 and supervisory ABA services on-site

Partner with families through training and collaboration

Maintain clinical documentation and ensure BACB and CT LBA compliance

What Youll Need:

Active BCBA certification

Active CT LBA

Experience supervising RBTs

Strong communication and leadership skills
