Job Summary

A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee clinical services and provide exceptional behavioral care for children and individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities.

The BCBA will conduct assessments develop individualized treatment plans provide direct clinical services monitor client progress through data analysis and supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs) BCaBAs and LABAs. This role also requires close collaboration with families interdisciplinary teams and outside professionals to ensure positive client outcomes.

The ideal candidate is organized compassionate and committed to evidence-based practice while maintaining accurate documentation supporting team development and meeting productivity expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Deliver direct ABA services and monitor client progress through data collection and analysis

Supervise and conduct competency assessments for BTs BCaBAs and LABAs

Provide ongoing clinical guidance and mentorship to team members

Collaborate with families schools physicians and multidisciplinary professionals

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and timely reporting

Participate in treatment planning and case review meetings

Ensure compliance with ethical standards and clinical best practices

Pursue ongoing professional development and continuing education

Maintain a minimum productivity requirement of 25 billable hours per week


Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification required

Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Special Education or a related field preferred

Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing treatment plans

Previous experience supervising clinical staff preferred

Strong communication leadership and organizational skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with families and interdisciplinary teams

Commitment to ethical evidence-based ABA practices
