Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Baltimore, MD

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking to hire a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Do you enjoy working with children Would you like to improve the lives of students through exceptional occupational therapy If so this may be the position for you!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A BCBA:

• Masters Degree
• State BCBA License

Every state requires all BCBAs to have a state license. If you do not have a license for a specific state the licensing team at PDS will help you through the process!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students.

• Provide direct behavior support modeling and coaching to school staff to ensure consistent implementation of strategies.

• Collaborate with teachers administrators and related service providers to support student success across the school day.

• Collect analyze and interpret behavior data to guide decisionmaking and adjust interventions as needed.

• Train school teams on evidencebased practices crisis prevention and positive behavior supports.
